1. Contractual Agreement

4. Account Integrity Maintenance

Maintenance of account integrity requires truthful registration and credential security. Keep your login information confidential and protected. Immediate notification of suspicious activity is mandatory. Responsibility for compromised accounts due to poor security rests with you.

5. Entertainment Currency Policy

Our entertainment currency policy stipulates that all virtual coins and credits are valueless. They exist solely for gameplay and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real money or prizes. Account termination results in forfeiture of all virtual currency without any compensation.

6. User Code of Conduct

User code of conduct prohibits cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, using bots, harassing users, and maintaining multiple accounts. Activities violating platform integrity are strictly forbidden. Non-compliance results in immediate suspension or permanent account removal.

7. Game Design Ownership

8. No Compensation Liability

No compensation liability is accepted for damages from platform use. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses. Loss of data, virtual currency, or revenue is not compensable. Ceasing our services is your sole remedy.

9. Platform Changes Authority

We possess authority to modify, suspend, or discontinue platform services without advance notification. Your account may be terminated or suspended at our discretion, including for terms violations. Service interruptions and account closures do not entitle you to any compensation or reimbursement.

10. Dispute Communication Path

The communication path for disputes starts with contacting our support team through website channels. Expected response timeframe is 5-7 business days. Good-faith negotiation is the mandatory first step in any dispute resolution process.
