1. Contractual Agreement

5. Entertainment Currency Policy

6. User Code of Conduct

8. No Compensation Liability
No compensation liability is accepted for damages from platform use. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses. Loss of data, virtual currency, or revenue is not compensable. Ceasing our services is your sole remedy.
9. Platform Changes Authority
We possess authority to modify, suspend, or discontinue platform services without advance notification. Your account may be terminated or suspended at our discretion, including for terms violations. Service interruptions and account closures do not entitle you to any compensation or reimbursement.
10. Dispute Communication Path
The communication path for disputes starts with contacting our support team through website channels. Expected response timeframe is 5-7 business days. Good-faith negotiation is the mandatory first step in any dispute resolution process.
